Agape Counselling offers professional therapeutic services, clinical supervision and CPD, either from my base in Berkshire or remotely over your preferred platform. As an accredited person-centred counsellor, I am dedicated to providing high quality support to help individuals navigate through challenging times. I believe in the power of therapy to promote emotional wellbeing and personal growth. As a BACP accredited counsellor I adhere to their code of ethics and ensure that I stay withing their guidelines for best practice.

At Agape Counselling, I specialise in person centred counselling and therapy. This means I work with you and what you want to bring to the session. I have been a therapist for over 30 years and in that time have sat with many people, all have been individuals and everyone has deserved to be heard for their own unique story.. I have worked in a number of environments from probation, to schools and within the third sector.. I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
